St. John’s Episcopal Cathedral invites you to its Friends & Family Reunion Weekend Benefit Concert on Saturday, February 21, as part of a Century of Black History Commemorations, standing in solidarity with our immigrant siblings in the ongoing pursuit of justice. This special evening supports Sacred Resistance, a ministry of the Diocese of Los Angeles, and features performances by the Inner City Youth Orchestra String Quartet and Lula Washington Dance Theatre, along with poetry, music of the Civil Rights Movement, and dance. Doors open at 4:00 PM, with the concert beginning at 5:00 PM, at St. John’s Episcopal Cathedral, 514 W. Adams Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90007. Admission is a free-will offering, and a portion of the proceeds will directly support Sacred Resistance’s work with immigrant communities.
